With seven years in the education field, my passion for learning and development often left me with so many unanswered questions, "In what ways can i make my product better?" How can I enhance my audiences experience?  Am I capable of building something better? 

Consistently; developing trainings based on an individual learning style, with others left to figure it out, facilitating trainings that did not meet the needs of my audience, led me to a career in instructional design.
